wave plates (3/4lambda, 5/4lambda, 9/8lambda) with broad bandwidth, and greatly
reduced temperature sensitivity in visible and near IR are a particular

These devices require
high quality, very flat optical surfaces and an understanding of the
crystal properties of materials. LightMachinery has developed
the skills and special metrology to manufacture and measure waveplate

achieve retardance uniformity of +/- 0.5nm.
