ATL Excimer Lasers

KrF, ArF, XeCl Excimer lasers from ATL for marking, drilling, material processing , Fiber Bragg Grating Writing, SpectroscopyATLEX ultra-short pulse, high performance excimer lasers are small air cooled lasers that offer excellent reliability at an affordable price.

ATL was established in 1993 and made a breakthrough in UV laser technology in 1994 by developing the world's first compact, high repetition-rate, short-pulse excimer laser. ATL has refined this revolutionary concept through several product generations and, today, the ATLEX product range leads the world with its patented preionization and discharge technique. ATL continues to develop compact short-pulse excimer lasers, and remains the technology leader in this area.

ATL excimer lasers have been successfully applied in industry, science (spectroscopy) and medicine (ophthalmology). It is expected that the unique, cutting-edge excimer laser technology, developed by ATL, will dominate modern small-beam laser refractive surgery for the foreseeable future. LightMachinery is proud to be able to offer Applications Lab testing, Sales Support, System Integration and Service for these lasers throughout North America.
